— 00 / Manifesto

I build at the seam between two worlds — the structured machinery of the West, and the unwritten frontier of Africa's next century.

The long way here.

CHAPTER I · EDUCATION

Foundations in motion.

The early years — formal education shaped by curiosity and a stubborn refusal to accept inherited blueprints. The classroom was never the ceiling; it was the runway.

CHAPTER II · AUSTRALIA

The Australian forge.

The first foundational entity is incorporated in Australia. A risk-shielded vehicle and a deliberate exercise in robust corporate structuring. The lessons that emerge here scaffold everything that follows.

APRIL 2019 · NAIROBI

The holding company.

Digital Assets Africa is incorporated in Nairobi — a holding company with a single mandate: to build the technological substrate for the continent's next economic chapter. Not a single product. An ecosystem.

CHAPTER IV · THE PIVOT

Sydney Nairobi.

The decisive geographic and philosophical pivot. From operating between the two, to centring the work on the continent that matters most. Australia remains the foundation; Africa becomes the future.

NOW · 2026

The portfolio era.

Five ventures. Two jurisdictions. One conviction. The work today is to ship VisaNationals, harden the holding floor, and let the rest of the portfolio find its legs.

— 02 / Ventures

The work.

Five ventures, each a wager on a different surface of the next decade. Built quietly, shipped deliberately, and never confused with the legal scaffolding underneath.

/01 VisaNationals.
Borders, rewritten. A mobility platform built so African talent can move through an increasingly closed world without losing months to paperwork. Visa-readiness, document architecture, and a private layer of human guidance.
★ In Build
/02 OurRoots.
The continent, returned to its diaspora. A digital home for African ancestry, lineage, and the family stories that colonial archives tried to forget. Built for the grandchildren who are still searching.
In Build
/03 Endesha.
Software for how Africa actually moves. A mobility infrastructure layer beneath the daily rituals of driving, hiring, and arriving. Quiet, practical, made for the operator on the ground.
In Build
/04 Hyloti.
The connective tissue. A platform venture in deliberate stealth — the underlying fabric that lets the rest of the portfolio speak to itself. More when there is more to say.
In Build
/05 Midnight Alchemist.
Personal transformation, after dark. A solution for the slow, deliberate work of becoming someone new. Built for the hours when the world goes quiet and the real questions arrive — habits, identity, the next version of yourself.

Fieldwork.

The founder, in the places that did the teaching. Travel as field research — every city a notebook, every plate a pitch, every long train ride an unshipped venture thinking out loud.
